To remain competitive, employers must look beyond the traditional labour sources and focus on qualified, yet under represented workers, who have disabilities. Persons with disabilities comprise one-fifth of the population. They are not equally represented in the workforce.

Persons with disabilities are often overlooked as viable candidates in competition for jobs.

An alternative solution to the general labour situation could be to consider looking at the pool of able and willing workers who have disabilities.

With little or no modification, many jobs, that offer growth, could be performed by a person with intellectual or learning disabilities.

“I have worked with Premier Personnel for many years. I have always had at least one of their clients as an employee. They do a really good job of training. They get the job done. I would recommend the services of Premier Personnel to any prospective employer.”
