Job-site Training & Support

Premier Personnel recruits and trains individuals in many occupations, some of which are hard to fill or entry level positions; often reducing job turnover. Premier Personnel can augment employer training by providing an on-site instructor who;

  • Facilitates integration into the work site through various training methods and techniques

  • Monitors and provides open and honest feedback on task quality and speed of task accomplishment

  • Provides information and support to assist supervisors and co-workers to develop appropriate methods of interacting with our clientele

Equity Resources

Premier Personnel serves as a candidate source for organizations interested in achieving diversity targets in the workplace through equity practices.

Employee Programs and Support

Each potential employee is assessed as to job-readiness, employment skills, work preferences and other factors relevant to their employment success.

Premier Personnel helps potential employees develop marketable skills suited to their capabilities and interests. When an appropriate position has been secured, a Premier Personnel Instructor is available to provide the new employee with on the job training. This continues until both the employer and employee are confident that the work requirements are being independently met.

Premier Personnel provides on site counselling assistance to ensure the smooth integration of the new employee into the workplace. Our agency ensures supervisors are adequately prepared to direct and work with an employee with special needs.

Employee performance is monitored on an on-going basis. Premier Personnel is available to provide re-training services if necessary.
